1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or booking a service through DUSTERIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

DUSTERIO provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• AC Deep Cleaning & Maintenance
• Overhead and Underground Water Tank Cleaning

Additional services may be introduced over time.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp, or call.
• Payment methods may include UPI, cash, or online transfer.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed based on technician availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the premises during the scheduled time.
• Provide accurate information about service location, tank/AC type, etc.
• Ensure all valuables are secured; DUSTERIO is not liable for loss unless due to proven misconduct.

6. Safety & Hygiene

• Our technicians are trained, verified, and follow safety & hygiene protocols.
• In case of unsafe working conditions, service may be refused or rescheduled.

7. Liability

• DUSTERIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.
• For any service complaints, customers must report within 24 hours of job completion.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
